VIBE was founded by Risa Scandora, an experiential marketing veteran with 15+ years producing product launches, mobile tours, and festival programs for global spirits, tech, and lifestyle brands. She built VIBE to fix the thing she saw from the client side: staffing agencies that send bodies, not brand people.

Every VIBE team member is personally vetted and trained by someone who has run activations from the ground up — so the people at your booth, bar, or launch know what the brand needs before anyone has to tell them.
