Risa Scandora spent 15+ years inside experiential marketing before founding VIBE — from brand ambassador to regional manager to national event production. Product launches, cross-country mobile tours, and immersive festival programs for global brands across spirits, tech, fashion, and lifestyle.
That career included award-winning campaigns where she owned staffing, logistics, creative strategy, and on-site execution at once. The lesson she kept relearning: the difference between a good activation and a great one is almost always the people working it.
So VIBE's promise is simple — talent trained and vetted by someone who has built experiential programs from the ground up, and who still answers the phone on event day.
