- What does it pay?
- Most roles pay $25–$45/hr depending on the role, market, and client. Your rate is confirmed in writing before you accept any booking.
- When do I get paid?
- On a reliable schedule, per event — no chasing checks. Payment timing is stated with every booking offer.
- What do I need?
- Reliable transportation, a professional wardrobe per each event’s dress standards, and for alcohol activations you must be 21+.
- Do I need experience?
- Experience helps but attitude wins. If you’re dependable, personable, and coachable, apply — we train for the rest.
- How often are gigs?
- It varies by season and market. Festival season is busy; roster members choose which offers fit their schedule.
- How fast will I hear back?
- We review applications within 5 business days.
